Elysée Pilates
Elysée Pilates is a series of exercises that focus on maintaining a neutral spine throughout the session. Moving with the spine in its natural position creates core strength that benefits every muscle and organ in the body. When you have good posture during the day, it burns an average of 800 calories more than when you have a slouchy posture. Elysée Pilates will tone your body and improve flexibility, along with encouraging healthy eating habits.
